Tips:

Arrived early to find parking (limited spots in front of the office but more free parking along 50st &50ave)

Make reservations at least a couple days ahead

You don't necessarily need a boat license to operate the watercraft. They will give you a temporary license after going through the checklist.

I recommend you to add the $30 insurance in the total bill for the Peace of Mind.

Horrible service from the blonde lady, she speaks to customers without respect and is not willing to help. having watter scooters available, parked, she told us that she doesn't have any and will only have them at 6pm, on purpose because she didn't want to sell us. Disrespect and racism, very sad.

Rented a pedal boat for 2 hours, friendly quick and easy. Life jackets provided. No issues at all and we enjoyed our time paddling on the lake.

We rented a pontoon boat for 2 hours. Price was reasonable, and all staff we dealt with were friendly and helpful. We have boating experience, but we saw how incredibly patient these guys were with people who obviously don’t have experience or know how to treat an expensive watercraft. We will be back!

Rented a 7 seater speed boat and had just a little bit of trouble with motor when starting it out on the lake.Did not ruin our adventure at all.I mentioned it in a follow up email and they refunded 1/2 of the rental fee.I would not hesitate to use them again.

We came for one day as a group of 8 people to ride skyjets, we were served by a girl who immediately said that she would not rent us 4 skyjets. We divided into groups. We took two, half an hour after we had already ridden, the second group wanted to take the next two. After which the girl lied that everything was booked until 6pm. Although no one was riding. We were disappointed that we could not ride together. We will not come back here again. We liked the staff who showed us how to use the skyjets, they were very nice and clearly explained the rules of use.

Called to rent a kayak and was told to come within the next five minutes. Made it there time just to be told that they do not have any available. Waste of time

DON'T PLAN YOUR TRIP WITH THESE GUYS.
I have called a full 5days to reserve a boat rental and the booking was confirmed. I rented a hotel as I am from out of town for 2 nights, and arrived in town the day before. The night before the boat's rental date, I recieved a call from them saying due to unforeseen circumstances we can't provide the boat. No reason given, no opolgies, no will make it right if you come again, just unforseen circumstances. So if you go to Sylvan because you are renting a boat, DON'T.
