My 15 month old loved the wildlife exhibit. She walked around for a significant amount of time pointing out all the cats and dogs (there is way more variety than that but she’s a baby.) The museum itself is quaint and neat to walk around. The animal exhibit is beautifully done and very impressive. We will be back, hopefully in summer months so we can see the outdoor pioneer town.

Another excellent small town museum which is deceivingly smaller on the outside, but is big time experience and visual delights on the inside. There is so much to see and do in here, that I took quite a bit to go through it all. There is a lot of interesting reads if one looks over them and finds the interesting tidbits noted. Great place to visit and the staff were very friendly and engaging. Must see place if visiting Sundre or area!

Love this place so many cool things to see ans the world of wildlife is a hidden gem. The lady that works here is so friendly and kind and great with kids. This is a place I never get tired of.

This place is a must see! It's a hidden gem. We had a tour of the museum by Jane. She's very knowledgeable and knows all the stories behind each animal there.
I highly recommend visiting this place, especially if you have kids. My kids said this was the highlight of their day.
The pioneer village was closed due to heavy snowfall. Another reason for us to be back!

I honestly don't write a lot of reviews on Google, but I feel that when you're completely mind-blown with an experience like we had today, you need to make some effort and recognize the good. This man, Daniel, is a fantastic human being with a wealth of knowledge. You CANNOT miss his tour of the wildlife exhibit even if you live a few hours away. Although the wildlife exhibit is not a big area, we ended up spending almost 2 hours in there with Daniel, all along learning so much about the various animals exhibited in there. His passion for animals and his politeness toward people is what keeps you involved. You won't find this much information even at the zoo and it's for a fraction of the cost you'd spend at the zoo. Make sure Daniel is working when you plan a visit, even if you have to call in and check. And no, he did not ask me to write this review on Google. In fact, it was the other way around, I had to ask him to oblige for a picture! Will be visiting again very soon.
