I just received my new glasses. They are so comfortable and I think they look really nice! The initial eye checkup with the doctor and Angela always goes so easily and I feel at ease with all the procedures. If I don't understand a test, or procedure, they are very good at explaining what needs to be done and why. Everyone in the office are personable, friendly, and so helpful. Went in for an eye test, paid $155. Looked at my prescription to order glasses online and noticed the pupillary distance wasn’t measured. Called and they told me that would be an extra $25 charge.

I asked, “If you knew I was going to order glasses online why not tell me this to enable me, and you did try to sell me your glasses?” Response I got is that measurement is free if I purchase glasses with them.

What is the haggling and extra cost, am I in an Eastern European gypsy market!?

A huge thank you to Dr. Tanya Sitter and the staff at Sundre Eye Care for fitting me in the same day I called to have my very inflamed eye checked out. I received a very thorough examination, prescriptions for drops, a follow up appointment for a few days later and Dr. Sitter’s cell number for me to contact her between appointments to check on how my eye was. Awesome service!

I contacted this clinic for a serious condition, the person on the phone was awesome, I got an appointment the next day. When I arrived they wanted to do a full eye exam $148.00. They asked for my benefits I gave it to them I agreed thinking my benefits would cover the costs. Well after everything they told me the eye exam was not covered. They knew this before my eye exam.was completed. No one informed me till I was leaving. I ended up paying $148.00 out of my own pocket. I had eye drops could mot see they told me to phone blue cross I told them I couldn’t see they did nothing to help me? Another money grubbing business I will never be back. So disappointed the doctor was so thorough but all they cared about was $$$$$$. Never again so sad

Easily accessible in terms of making an appointment and physical entry. Eye exam was very thorough. Eyeglass prescription was accurate and available in a very short time span. Cost was very affordable. I highly recommend this service.

I came in to look for another pair of sun glasses as mine got smashed while I was working in town. I felt like I interrupted the dark haired girl from something VERY important (even though there was no one else there, except another staff member, and they were just sitting there). I got the feeling the dark haired girl wanted nothing to do with helping me. I left without purchasing as I did not feel welcome.
