We recently used Sunrise to build our new home. The employees were professional, helpful and always on time for the job. Staff all take personal pride in their craftsmanship and attention to detail, which shows all around our home.
All of our questions were answered in a timely fashion and any issues were brought forth for discussion and we were able to come to a speedy resolution. Everyone worked hard to stay on budget and on time, while still maintaining quality workmanship.
We are loving our beautiful new home.

Sunrise Restorations is a great company to work with. My basement flooded and I called right away, John and his crew were there with in 20 min and started the clean up. It was excellent service. They had my basement refinished with in a couple months and I was very pleased with the outcome from start to finish.
The following year they built my home and did an outstanding job. John and his crew were on top of every detail and kept the project flowing nicely. They have an excellent crew of skilled tradesmen and only work with the best. If you are looking for a knowledgeable and reliable company to work with, you found the right one!

I will say that the work that was done was of quality. The reason that I will steer clear if at all possible was the conversations with my insurance underwriters and the non transparency with all of it causing them to dismiss 2/3 of my claim. Sunrise convinced me to go ahead with the first portion telling me all the rest would get taken care of. Needless to say this did not happen. My daughters bedroom was a total disaster no floor, no doors and holes in the wall for over 6 months. The leaking shower valve had caused grout to crack in the shower. Now I’m stuck with a useless shower that needs to be replaced. Both the insurance company and sunrise realize there is no recourse for a homeowner in these situations.I felt completely unsupported by sunrise and would highly recommend using someone else. The only benefit is they are local.

On December 24th., yes, Christmas Eve, we discovered a burst pipe in our basement. We called Glen from Sunrise and he was at our house within a few minutes. All through the experience, we had exceptional service from Sunrise and were able to get everything back to normal very quickly.

Recently we used Sunrise Restorations for a flood we had in our Townhouse in Osoyoos due to a broken water pipe. They quickly responded and did a very professional job on the restoration. If it ever happened again we would most certainly make Sunrise our first call.

They actually went and removed graffiti the same day I called and employees at the building said they did a great job and it was very reasonable. Will definitely call them again in the future. Thanks Sunrise!
