I was happy with the service and the price but now Very disappointed for the news they gave out today and selling our information without our permission. They just lost confidence and this is the first step to their downfall now gonna be looking for a new service provider. Nobody wants eastlink anymore Because they are too expensive. Sunwire should inform us sooner that they’re thinking about What they just did. In order to gain our confidence back, they need to reverse their decision ASAP and make Apology And give us a discount for one year of Home Internet Like the price $50 including tax. If they want our confidence back.

I was a little uneasy at first as I am a creature of habit and do not make changes unless I am given a nudge. I am very happy to say that first off to set up the Sunwire hardware was a breeze even for a person with very little tech experience. There were no issues setting up the internet and wifi system. My first check was to see if I had access throughout the house, that was an easy yes. My next question was I going to have access in my detached garage and in my gazebo in the back yard, that was an easy yes as well. I have had Sunwire for a month now and have absolutely no issues. Speed and access is a definite two thumbs up with no interruptions. For a little more than half the price of my previous providers I give Sunwire 5 stars and would definitely recommend this provider. Oh yes I must also include that all the personnel at Sunwire were so helpful and pleasant to deal with.

Best price for wifi in town! Their coverage is way better than that of their competitors. The routers are not very strong so they can suffer with range but overall great service!

I am very happy with my new Sunwire service. It works perfectly and the staff at Sunwire are very helpful and friendly. I should have changed years ago. I have already got two other people I know to switch to Sunwire and I will recommend them to anyone. I can't say the same thing about my previous provider.

I’ve had a consistently poor experience with this internet service. The connection was slow, unreliable, and frequently cut out at the worst times. For the price they charge, the service quality is severely lacking. On top of that, when I tried to return the modem, their policy suddenly changed. Now I’m being charged in full due to misinformation from customer service, despite not living in the house for the period they’re billing me for. The customer service team has been unhelpful and confusing to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend this provider at all

Honestly, one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They don't schedule a technician for hook up, and then it takes them a week to get someone out to hook it up after the schedule service date. The staff are rude on the phone and don't even apologize for their terrible service. Yes, it is cheap, but probably not worth the headache. Steer clear

I’ve had sunwire previously in the past as well now and without a doubt it has been the best service provided. I have never had any issues with the wifi connection , billing, support .. all of the above has been absolutely amazing!
I will always recommend sunwire! ?
