L'Hotel est moderne est tres propre. Il ya a un Petit déjeuner gratuities a chaque matin qui commence de bonne heure (5:30) Ils ont aussie réçament installé une piscine (j'ai pas encore été, Mais a l'aire propre et en bonne état).

Horrible experience!
Manager made us pay extra for having our kids with us. He was extremely rude!
Our room smelled like smoke.
The hot tub was not working.
Whoever owns this hotel should be ashamed of themselves for having someone like this working there especially after all the horrible comments and reviews. They should also be ashamed of the awful customer service since that's what a hotel basis is.
Will never stay there again and will be telling everyone I know to stay away from it as well.

We stayed here one night. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality, breakfast, newness of the hotel and bedding quality of this hotel. I normally would not choose a Super 8. I like something a little higher end, but there’s not much choice in Athabasca. Mattress, pillows and sheets were very comfortable, I had a great sleep. Staff were friendly. I would recommend.

Started our stay January 7, 2025. Ice machine was “temporarily out of order”. Asked manager when it would be fixed, was told soon with another machine added to second floor. It’s now February 5, 2025, ice machine still broken. Have to get ice from from desk. So easy to fix an ice machine, why not just fix it

HORRIBLE service. On Expedia I accidentally had selected 1 person and it was me and my husband. She then told me it was an extra $15.00 but then charged me $150.00 as a “deposit” or so I thought, I couldn’t understand her AT ALL if your going to work customer service not only should u speak clear English, but don’t talk in Chinese about me on the phone with who ever while I’m standing right there. OH AND I NEVER GOT MY DEPOSIT BACK. So I pretty much paid an extra $150.00 because my husband was with me. Room was also out dated and gross. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

Noisy, smells like fast food, isn't far enough back from highway, backs on to industrial, rooms are dark. However they are clean albeit uncomfortable, and the breakfast is satisfactory . I also waited and almost left and cancelled due to lack of anyone at front desk for 10 min while I am there to see customers before their businesses close for the day. And this was at 430pm. The guy came to desk looking like he had been napping and didn't really give a hoot

When checking in I was asked more times than I can count why I was booked for 2 rooms. This was due to an error of over booking on there end and providing me a room option that I would still be able to attend a family wedding. I doubled checked with them what credit card payment would have to go on, I was assured multiple times after correcting payment information which card it would go on (you still charged wrong)
The next morning before check out we found blood stained sheets which my grandson had slept on (we did not notice due to coming in late from a wedding). I immediately brought to front staff, who informed management. Management NEVER got in contact with us and nothing was provided for further feedback at checkout when we inquired.
Very disappointed with our stay and the care staff and Management provide for this location.
