How can a business succeed if their door is locked when it says OPEN and nobody answers the phone?
I was at SuperGraphics this morning, Monday around 11:30 AM, parked my car, tried to open the door but it was locked. Stood there under heavy snow, knocked on the glass door to no avail. Okay, I said, maybe the recepcionist is in the bathroom so went back to my car. Tried again, nothing. Called them twice from my car, nothing. Knocked again, nothing. Tried calling under the snow to see if maybe the phone wasn't working, I could perfectly hear it from outside the door.
Then I see your team is comprised of 7 PEOPLE... and nobody was able to get the door? Shame. I am taking my business elsewhere.
