I loved my whole swift net process. They even still came to my rural address to install right before a blizzard. The technician went above and answered other internet security questions I had and made sure I understood everything.
Thanks for making life a little simpler! Oh ! And LOCAL too! Gotta love the community feel 🙂 Thanks Swiftnet!

I don’t have the fastest speed by any means, pay enough as it is. But you can’t connect your phone to wifi and two TVs your phone will not work. They don’t have themselves set up as a bill payment- that drives me insane. 2025. This company was gopher bytes prior I had and they were amazing! I feel the bigger this company grows the worse it’s going to get.
I did on the other hand have one great customer service rep. I called in my new credit card and they NSF. I called and she fixed the problem and removed the NSF it’s $20 so having that was nice- there was money available.

Over the past three or more days our internet has gone down in the evenings. I hate leaving a bad review but there is no way I can recommend this internet provider now. Started off very good. Great speeds and almost never had a problem...that was when it was CCL. Ever since they merged or whatever with sift net I have been extremely disappointed and frustrated with it. Hassle free customer service is non-existant and they charge you the same or more for an inferior product. I hope they can fix these constant outages and if they would just update or acknowledge what is going on I would probably be more forgiving but that being said I CANNOT recommend them at this time and I hope they improve. If that ever happens I will adjust my rating accordingly.

I have changed my rating to three stars. They haven't gone down for two weeks as of this post. I'm satisfied with the speeds and if you don't have access to gigabyte internet I think they are a solid choice when everything is working properly....

I spoke to soon. It's constantly slow internet with multiple outages. My family is currently looking into other available options because it honestly can't get much worse.

When i go on internet setting it says that my nat type is strict and it also says that my network is behind a port-preserving port symmetric nat. I don’t know how to fix this. I Always get high packet loss every time when i try play a video game. I tried so much methods to fix this high packet loss but nothing worked. Its just unplayable when i try play video games online

I've had no issues at all with Swiftnet's service, although I was disappointed to see the rates go up as soon as they bought out the smaller company that HAD been providing my service, even though my plan details didn't change. However, as far as actual service and product quality, my wifi does consistently perform as promised, and any service outages are quickly attended to.
