I've never used this company before but I would like to mention this dangerous driving incident and to say that I will never be using you guys for this very reason. This oversized billboard company truck with the license plate number in the photo cut us off while driving back down the island to Victoria from Duncan. The first time we merged into the right lane in 80km traffic, he sped to about 100 to try and close the gap to stay ahead of us. When that didn't work and we successfully merged, he sped past 100 just to jump into the left lane and get right in front of us, then slowed significantly. After that we left some space because whoever was driving seemed quite aggravated for no reason. (We had been driving behind them for some time with no issues). When we changed back into the right lane and went to pass he sped up again and didn't slow down until he saw me take my phone out to snap some photos of his plate. Honestly ridiculous and very dangerous.

After dealing with another sign company for months for a interior custom wood panel sign and having no progress, we contacted Renee at Talon Signs. They were on it right away and within days they helped us design, gave us suggestions and provided us with two great options. We chose one and they promptly ordered the parts. The parts came in earlier than expected and the sign was ready in no time. After delivery and installation by their friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff, Renee checked in with us the next day and we noted a small, non-urgent change we would like. Their team was on it and within hours they retrieved the sign for the change near closing time and brought the sign back right when we opened the next day. We couldn't be happier with their service.

Service is great. One of our signs had a problem, and they were back right away to fix it - even though, as we found out, the General Contractor had not paid them in 10 months per Talon, contrary to the Statutory Declaration signed by their CPA Controller. Payment was released within minutes of this information coming to light.
