Tanas doesn't pour as much as they quote, yet they still charge the full amount.

I was quoted for garage pony walls. No pony walls were poured, but was charged as if the pony walls were poured. The builder offered a discount equal to the cost, but that was after the garage was fully built. I was counting on pony walls as it is worth the investment in my opinion, but never got them.

Also I was quoted and charged for 420 square feet of sidewalk while my math suggests only 323 square feet was poured. Yes, this could have been avoided if I had chosen a builder that conducted quality checks and ensured delivered products matched the invoices, but since I chose Sunset Homes this wasn't done. By the way, Sunset did agree with my math and tried offering a discount equal to the cost, but again, that doesn't pour the sidewalk I was banking on.

Lastly, I am about fairness and would've approached Tanas about these discrepancies before posting here, but the contact page on the Tanas website doesn't work and insists that I am robot.

Last year Tanas poured a pad underneath my balcony. That was a fiasco in itself. Just before fall, a crack formed from one end of the pad to the other. Tanas agreed to replace the pad come spring and that we're going to be first on the list. Well, spring came and went with no results just empty promises. Then the excuses, one being it's going to rain, even though they weren't pouring, just needing to demo it first. Then the most recent excuse was that there saw is to big to get into my yard, even though the foreman has been to my house numerous times. Now, we're over halfway through July with nothing being done. I suggest not wasting your valuable time with these guys and go with somebody else.
