I was visiting lake Louise, alberta on june 14, 2025 around 1:30pm and this bus was entering the lake Louise market and was trying to park over there with zero patience and no parking skills whatsoever. Driver was very rude and was yelling at other people in the market and was asking them to move their cars unnecessarily. However there was plenty of space and a lot of parking spots to park the bus easily. This driver needs some more training on parking and a good lesson on communication skills to talk to other people on tours.

Our trip with TCS on a day trip to Abraham Lake, from Calgary was wonderful. Richard, our driver was patient, excellent, and professional. In the lead up, the back-office team were likewise helpful, answering our questions, all ensuring our trip was a success.
