Timely analysis of the market in order to determine an accurate listing price took the fear out of setting a price we felt was fair. The option of staging really helped improve the look of the home. We bought our house in Belleville Ontario during the pandemic. Patricia Guernsey was the listing agent and was in the end more helpful than the agent we actually had to represent us.
I vowed then that when we sold our house we would again call Patricia Guernsey‘s team. When it was time we called and got Chantel, she was equally professional, personable and helpful. This past May 2024, we listed our house had two showings and sold within hours of it going live on MLS at $10,000 over asking. We had a quick closing and even though there was some issues with firming up the sale (due to the buyers bank) it closed within a month and were able to move on with our lives. It was our lucky day when we went online to book a house showing and met Trent Mosier. We are not from the area, so didn’t know anything about him. It was a good sign when he got back in touch very quickly, booked the showing, and also called back to confirm the time.
