I stopped at the Koodo Store on Canada Avenue in Duncan on a Friday afternoon. Andrea greeted me and promptly dealt with me in a very friendly & professional manner.

Go to BestBuy instead. I had an awful experience here today. The phone I was gonna buy was on sale and the female rep here didn't even tell me that - would have made me pay full price when it was $400 off. Among many, many other savings. Saved over $1000+ buying a new phone at BestBuy between discounts, plan savings (plus way better plan and Gigs), no sales fees, 2 freebies (case and outlet). Don't ever shop here.

The other day I signed up with Telus on line ... Challenging to say the least !! Massive Frustration's communicating with reps online and waits up to 70 minutes online .
THEN I had the good fortune to walk into the Telus store on Canada ave in Duncan . Turns out I could have come to them directly without the internet/ online hassle.
ADRIAN DOUTAZ ( Apologies if I misspelt) was absolutely awesome . Got me straightened out within minutes. ..A LOCAL representative.. lives here ... supports the valley. I did some digging and find out ( not from him) he would have earned a commission for my business. I won't make that mistake again. So if you want to deal with Telus .. forget the online crapshoot.. see Adrian and the crew in town .. Can't thank him enough.. cheers

On May 22nd I purchased an iphone 15 along with a screen protector and otter box. Both were installed by my sales person.
When I got home I noticed a small speck of dust under the screen.
On Saturday I stopped in to see if anything could be done about this. I was told we do not profess perfection when installing screen protectors, and if changed I could end up with even more dust. This is information that I think could have been shared at the time of install.

Morgan Wray was very friendly and helpful when I came into the store last week to get my replacement phone reconnected. I’d had trouble doing it over the phone and he made some calls and got my phone running no problem. He spent extra time and did all of this minutes before the store was closing!
