Upon entry I was greeted by Connie, who was super helpful in assisting all in the line to help them with certain issues to avoid waiting longer than needed. Once I made it to a wicket for help, Jade made my experience of getting a phone number so simple. She answered any and all question I had with ease. She was very knowledgeable in all aspects of Telus. Such a smooth transaction. Will be back for sure! Thanks Jade and Connie! 😊

I had lots of confusion and misunderstanding about my new plan, so I went to the Peter Pond mall. It was black Friday lots of customers some of them were angry and impatient and still the customer service was excellent. My representative was Keagen who listened to my complaint and addressed every issues. He even called customer service on my behalf. At the end all my concerns were addressed and dealt with. Without teams like the one I dealt with Telus would loos all their customers.

I signed up for a two year term & ended up with a Samsung S24 Ultra. Good phone but be careful on the warranty of the Samsung device. Let me say.....
If not for the continued excellent service I got from the team at the Peter Pond mall store I would have told Telus to stick it. Be aware of the warranty of the Samsung service.. it's not the service of Telus. Probably the last of Samsung for this guy. Thank you Connie Murphy & to your friendly instore staff for your time. I'll be in touch.

I have been with this company for the past six years and was on a month-to-month contract but apparently they signed me up for a brand new two-year contract without my permission and are now trying to charge me a cancellation fee of $280 because they Put me on a 2year contract that I did not agree with Terrible over the phone service

This store service really suck and probably the worse ever. I wanted to change my son plan so my driver license name doesn’t match the name on the account so they can’t do anything for it and I even log into my Telus account to saw them this account is me and still can’t do anything. I think more people agree with me this Telus suck big time
