Literally the worst experience I’ve had at a Telus store. I broke my phone which is fine as I have apple care, when I came to pick up my new phone, Aurora helped me set it up by setting it up for me and bypassing “restore from backup” on my phone, so I had to reset the phone to default and do it myself at another Telus store. On top of that she asked me to write down my Apple ID and password before I left the store. The rest of the staff were not knowledgeable and were guessing what to do. Very unprofessional, very unpleasant to deal with. Will never be back and you have been warned about the service so stay away too.

Check your bill afterwards to make sure they aren’t stealing from you after you visit

Came here for a simple operation, bring back my old phone on bring it back program and upgrade to new device. I have multiple lines on my account (mine and my wife’s, plus home internet). The process went fine, in and out in fifteen minutes.

But afterwards I started getting these strange emails asking to set up my device protection and my online security. So I went looking at my account On The Line and found that they had added two add-ons to my account. On my account they added a device protection plan which I specifically turned down after being asked about it because I was going to get AppleCare+ by myself later. My wife’s account, which should have never been touched, had a Telus online security add-on added to her account. For the two accounts a total of $23 additional dollars per month was added without my knowledge.

This wouldn’t be so bad if I were able to cancel both of those add-ons through the Telus app. But I can’t, so now I’ve spent hours on hold with Telus trying to get things that never should have been on there to begin with

Was more than happy to take the time to answer all the questions a senior had to ask and explained to me more than once. A very respected business as far as I’m concerned. I left the store in the mall totally disappointed Thanks from an old man

I spent almost 40 minutes in the store waiting to be served and not one of their employees even acknowledged my presence. There was four employee's serving 3 clients during this time.

At one point while I was leaning against the wall of drawers that hold their supplies and one of the young ladies addressed me with "excuse me hun, I have to get in behind you"

I called one of their competitors from their showroom, confirmed they had what I wished to purchase and in less then 25 minutes had driven across town and bought my hardware.

Sorry to say that this will be my last trip to Custom as my business is now going to a local competitor who greeted me as I came through the door with a simple "Hello, how can we help you" .

Telus' online verification only accepts driver's' licenses, not Alberta photo ID. Susan made me try taking pics & a selfie. Wasted time. I'll stay with their Koodo brand, as it's easy $15/month. Telus lost at least $85/month extra from me. My credit fine, & accepted, by Telus. I'm not going to the store, & paying $50 more to activate; online is free.

As the user described the transfer fee (they wanted 30 from me) as well I have spent 1000s. I went to vector and not only did they transfer them for free sold me a life proof case for 5 dollars less than everywhere else they were very helpful. I give Vector five stars.
