We met Tessa at an open house before we even made the choice to move to Campbell River. She helped us view houses super easily remotely at first! When we finally moved to Campbell, she was always so quick to get viewings set up for us, and worked with our schedules to make sure we could look at a couple places at a time.

I really loved that Tessa never pressured us on any house, infact she would point out "warning" issues, or she would straight up tell us that this house might not be the best fit for X,Y, Z reasons.
I found this really refreshing, vs feeling she just wanted to make a sale.

She actually found the house we have now bought, and pointed it out to us as soon as it dropped on the market - it was perfect, and she really understood our checklist and what we liked/didn't like!

During the negotitions and subject removal period, Tessa still never made us feel pressured to go through with the sale if we felt there was any red flags - lucklily there wasn't and we are so excited to get our keys!

I should also mention that Tessa helped us set up all the inspections; her recommendations for the companies to use for those inspections were great!
