The sales person that I dealt with was excellent. He was very helpful. Not pushy he gave me all the details for delivery and it was even earlier than they said which was fantastic. The delivery guys were great brought everything in very courteous. One complaint they do not put the legs on the couches which doesn’t seem like a big deal, but if you’re an older single person, it’s very hard to flip a couch by yourself.

We purchased a couple of things from Brick Athabasca ( 3 to be precise ) in 2 days .. a reclining sofa .. a shelving unit and a tv .. the service in the store was excellent, very friendly and easy to deal with..the sofa delivery was fast and on time as promised.. the guys were professional and friendly.

sales staff was helpful and not at all pushy, if we wanted a cheaper product, there was no problem with that. accessories were inquired about, not forced upon us. delivery crew were polite and careful.
