The best event company in Toronto!! I have been delighted and pleased to work for The Concierge Club for almost two years. The team is fantastic! The office works behind the scenes, preparing all the details as carefully as possible. Also, all the staff working on the day of the event, with the assembly and execution of the activation. I just want to start by saying that as an employer, The Concierge Club (TCC) has provided me with so many incredible work experiences. I have been a 'brand ambassador' at TCC for nearly two years, and the team has been nothing but supportive, always. The TCC team goes above and beyond to ensure that their brand ambassadors are working in a safe, judgement-free environment where staff can work together to achieve a common goal: to provide everyone with a fun, informative, and memorable brand experience.

The account managers, team leads, executive director, and founder are always happy to help their ambassadors, and are easy to contact should any staff need assistance on such short notice. TCC offers extensive training before every brand activation to ensure that brand ambassadors feel comfortable with the event and brand they are working with.

What I love most about TCC is they acknowledge hard work. If a brand ambassador (or team of BAs) is going above-and-beyond to ensure that customers/visitors at the activation are having a good time, TCC will remember that.

Lastly, I'd like to say thank you to Monica, Casey, Tania, Jordan, and a BIG thank you to Nadia who has been my Team Leader for so many incredible events. Thank you all for the unforgettable experiences, and for allowing me to be a part of The Concierge Club family.

I was hired as a Gift Wrapper for 2019 Christmas season. I hadn’t been apart of this business before, but I’m sure happy when my mom had seen an ad on Kijiji for gift wrappers. This was right up my alley.

I was hired as a Gift Wrapper for 2019 Christmas season. I hadn’t been apart of this business before. So it was my first year. My expectations were that I would be apart of a fun thing to do during Christmas. I met so many wonderful people both males and females. It turned out I was Facebook friends with one of the guys. It was incredibly fun and thrilling to wrap for customer who wanted the service. Thank you Jordan, Derek & Ramya!!

I loved gift wrapping from small to very large and everything in between. I used my gift wrapping skills from when I had worked in a bridal registry store.

I remember there was this customer that one of the Brand Ambassadors’ was talking to and said she only had 10 minutes to wait. So, one of the BA’s brought it to the back, relayed the message that they only had ten minutes to wait. They handed the gift to me, I proceeded to take the measurements of the paper, the ribbon got the present wrapped within 6 minutes of doing the transaction, wrapping of the gift & handing it off back to the BA’s they were quite impressed from what I remember.

I worked the Gift Valet program this past December with the Concierge Club and it was hands down one of the best experiences of my life. The management team so incredibly organized and trained us all well. But beyond that, it's the people I got to work with that was really the highlight of my experience. Everyone was so friendly and we became a tight knit group almost instantly. Definitely grateful I got this experience and it surely won't be the last one. Thanks Concierge Club! 🙂

I spent the time before the holidays working the Gift Wrap program for the Concierge Club. It was an amazing experience as I got to meet a great group of professionals, who truly care about their coworkers. The management is great, and I felt really comfortable talking to them about any concerns or issues that may have arose. I would recommend this company and program to anyone who loves to talk with customers and provide a luxury experience, while enjoying their work! Cant wait for next year.

I worked for Concierge Club for the Holiday Gift Valet program and overall, the work experience was great. The management and scheduling was all very organized, the job was exactly what it was said to be and everyone was very friendly. We were always paid on time, there were never any issues with shifts or payment or anything. Would definitely recommend working with them if you ever get the chance.
