We split the BBQ platter for one, and each got a salad. The BBQ platter was huge and perfect for the two of us to split. The pulled chicken and the sausage were my favorite items. Through the brisket was a bit tough. The corn bread was really good.

Oh, wow! The bacon-wrapped Smokehouse Jalapeño Poppers are buttery, decadent and rich with a bit of smoky chew from the bacon, and some chilli heat from the jalapeño and chipotle dip. Food novelty achieved!
The Pit-Master Burger is a marvel of construction. There are many layers and they create something glorious. Two homemade beef patties, cheese, a slab of smoked Canadian back bacon, smoked meats, an onion ring, a fried egg and lettuce and tomato all fight for space in your mouth. You can’t really put it down once you’ve picked it up, and there is no polite way to eat this thing, but that’s the point!
The smoked chicken wings are truly delicious. A beautiful smoky flavour will have you gobbling these wings with gusto.
The smokehouse mac and cheese is incredible comfort food. It’s rich, it’s creamy, it’s cheesy, it’s got smoked meats!
Nuff said! There was a house salad but ain’t nobody got time for that.

Was a great place for our lunch stop. They weren't expecting 40 people on motorbikes but they sure handled it well and everyone was served their food quickly. Very good food and friendly staff. Will be back for sure.

After spending a long day on the road we visited the Copper Pit for some food and a beverage. to say the least we were impressed! I had the brisket and my riding partner ordered the ribs and wings, both dishes were prepared and served to perfection. We enjoyed the covered patio, and our server Bobbi was attentive, pleasant and genuinely interested in our story. Thanks for the amazing experience! I live on Vancouver Island but am looking forward to the next time I'm in Princeton so I can enjoy another amazing meal.

Our waitress was lovely and food was 10/10! We had the Carolina Reaper short ribs to start. If you can handle hot, definitely recommend these. We wanted wings but they weren't out of the smoker yet. We ate here for lunch at Noon.

For a main I had the Pit Master burger. Absolutely delicious!! I got a salad with mine and glad I did, fries would have been too much food (for me) LOL Can't wait to come back!

Took my girlfriend here thinking it would be good but I was wrong. The food was very bland no flavour at all but the appetizers were good. We went in the atmosphere was good, but then someone bought their screaming child in and no employee said anything or dealt with the problem. Our over all experience was horrible, never again.

We were served and hosted by Nadia. Great service: she made sure everything we ordered was served split in half for sharing. Great attention to detail. The portions are larger than expected so splitting meals is totally appropriate.

The beer-battered prawns were deliciously prepared: fresh, crispy, and large too. The pulled-pork sandwich was amazing too, the side of salad was really fresh and great choice of dressing from the waitress.

Perhaps some soft music in the outdoor seating area would be nice to set the mood, felt a bit too quiet…

Overall, a great experience and a pleasant surprise for an unscheduled food stop in Princeton BC.
