I had a very pleasant experience at the Eye Wearhouse. Staff were very helpful. What I appreciated was the time spent with me. There was no rushing, everyone was very friendly. Mera helped me select my new glasses and was very honest in helping me choose the correct frames for my face. There were no pressure tactics to purchase my glasses there. I spent a fair amount of time there making my decision and never ever felt I was taking too much of their time up. And boy do they have a huge selection of glasses!! I would highly recommend this business. You will have a very positive experience there! I will definitely be returning. Please consider going there the next time you need a vision test or new glasses. You will be satisfied.

Was excellent service! I was overwhelmed going in but the lady made me feel super comfortable.
Picked all the glasses I wanted then we went through them all as to which were a definite no and which were potential ..
then went through them again and got down to two pairs that I loved.
She was super friendly and helpful and didn’t push or make me feel pressured!
I was very happy with my experience.

I recently went into The Eye Wearhouse location in Olds Alberta looking to replace my glasses. Once there, I found the service to be very courteous and professional. I enjoy the personal touch they employ with each of their customers. I now have my new glasses which are great! I moved to Olds almost 4 years ago and I needed new glasses, I have had many compliments on my glasses, so naturally I went back again. The staff are always so friendly and take their time with me as I love trying on glasses. The funkier, the better. Carrie helped me this time and she's fabulous always smiling and staff is always happy to see you. Great service, lovely staff, fabulous products, I'll be back for sure.

We love coming to the eye warehouse. Been getting my glasses there for 10 years, and they are always so helpful helping pick out the best frames, from their amazing selection. I just recently brought all 3 kids in for eye exams, and 2 of 3 needed glasses, and as per usual, they were incredibly helpful helping the kids pick out the best frames for their little faces and unique personalities. Because we come from out of town, they did the lenses right then and there and we walked out of there with 2 very happy girls.
Thanks Mitch and Stacey and everyone else who works there. You’re always so fun, friendly and amazing to deal with.
