100% completely satisfied and happy with The Gas Man! Richard and his crew were great when removing our old oil furnace and tank, and installing a new propane furnace. Richard was more than willing to meet multiple times to ease our uncertainty and answer our questions - as this was our first time replacing a furnace. Thanks to the team. My furnace unfortunately had a broken heat exchanger and a repair turned into a replacement. Fortunately the Gas Man was able to sourch the same dimension unit, important as it is sideways in a crawl space with little clearance for rejigging any pipes.

“I recently scheduled a service call to repair my propane free-standing heater, which had stopped working during a cold spell. Booking the appointment was straightforward, and the company managed to schedule the visit within three days—a relief during cold weather.

I did have issues with their portal not accepting my postal code for my credit card. I’m sure it’s just a glitch, as I’ve had the same postal code for 60 years.

The technician arrived on time, was professional, and clearly explained the issue with my heater. They had the necessary parts on hand and completed the repair quickly and efficiently. Since the service, the heater has been functioning perfectly.

Overall, I was impressed by the smooth process and the quality of service. I would definitely recommend this company and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.”

I had a gas wall furnace installed while tenants occupied my apartment and after the tenants moved out, I discovered a problem with the initial installation. The filter screen was blocked by the metal cover on the vent piping which prevented removal of the filter screen for cleaning. Although almost 2 years had passed, Richard stood behind his work and within a couple of days he sent Joshua out assess the problem and determine the right course of action to "make it right". Joshua quickly made the necessary adjustments which completely rectified the problem. Also, this house call and fix were done for free. Thanks to Richard and Joshua for the excellent customer service!
