I have worked with MARC Group adding my business profile to bags for the local Shoppers Drug Mart for many years now. I have always found them very easy to work with. The ad they produce is professional and meets my criteria. The bag they produce is attractive as well. I highly recommend them.

This was my first time working with the MARC Group, but I hope it won't be my last! They're incredibly professional, easy to work with, and fast. The group created a social media image that will get used on one of their bag campaigns, and I'm also planning to use it in other places, all while giving them credit for their incredible work. I, like many others, placed an order for custom bags intended for my business at a local market. I paid $1,000 in advance with the expectation that the order would be completed in time for the market season, which has now been open for over a month. Unfortunately, after eight months, I have yet to receive the bags, and I have not been provided with any estimated delivery date or clear communication regarding the delay.

This experience has been extremely disappointing, especially given the extended lead time and lack of transparency. Eight months should be more than sufficient to prepare and deliver the product, and I had hoped for a more professional and reliable level of service.

*EDIT very misleading response from the company considering nothing has been sorted. They provided no eta on bag delivery, stated they still have time to deliver them "within summer" and our community market has now been open for over 6 weeks with no bags delivered. 9 months to prepare for this since payment was made.

Updating my review:
We did end up getting a sample of our bag but i cant confirm the fire department has received for marketing
I really wish there had been better communication. I expected this advertising campaign for fall 2024. When a sales rep leaves, I would suggest contacting those advertisers so we are not left wondering. Bag is decent quality and graphics were good.

As per others experiences below, I believe we've been scammed. Bought and paid for June of last year. Waiting to hear back but we certainly did not receive our advertising in fall of 2024 as promised. If we get a resolution, I will update my review. Use caution before purchasing with this group

Still waiting on our bags almost 2 years later and got an email today saying they're sending a sample! (I wont hold my breath. They said this before!)I paid good money and id like it back at this point!

Our market had a great experience with the MARC Group's bagvertising program. Alex was great to work with, took care of all the advertising partners quickly and with no work on our end while also keeping our preferences and needs in mind. The graphic design department was great to work with, went through multiple proofs with us until it was perfect for our design. Can't wait to hand our bags out on the market!

UPDATE: Unfortunately I am having to adjust this review—while our initial experience seemed great, it has now been over a year and a few months (literally, not an exaggeration) and the bags have still not arrived. The MARC group even called us trying to sell us on the bagvertising program again a second time a few months ago, apparently not realizing that we had already done it and still not received the bags. When I mentioned this to them on the phone, they were pretty embarrassed and assured us that the bags were in the US and should be on their way to us, but again that was a few months ago and we have received no bags and no further updates. While the program didn't cost us anything, they did sell advertising to many businesses in our area to go on the bags, and the fact that the bags haven't arrived in over a year means that those businesses were defrauded, sold advertising space that essential doesn't exist, and it was done by this company with our market's name attached to it. This goes beyond bad practice into the kind of thing we may have to report. After more than a year, the ads printed on the bags that include websites phone numbers etc might not even be accurate anymore. Who knows if the QR code we put in our design will work, assuming the bags ever arrive. Seems doubtful.
