Made a mistake when decided to work with the company. They clearly don't keep the promises and blame their customers for it. The promises I'm talking about was done by the stuff of Marc group in writing!
Here is the (not so) brief explanation.
Giving one extra star for Duff, who has remained professional through the entire process. Josh "the manager" - has zero management skills. Not sure why is he in charge.

We have a moving company and this is a very seasonal job. It is crucial for us to have the ads running before season start, otherwise it is just a waste of money.
We Signed up for their bag advertisement back in November 2023. The promise from Marc group was to have the bags on the market "by march - April 2024".

Parallel to that we signed up for the SEO service with them. The promise about SEO was to have 2000 site clicks/month after 6 months that was clearly stated in one of their emails. Along with that there was 10 backlinks/month and 2 blogposts/month on the contract.

The bags eventually made it to the market in the end of August (the end of moving season). It took us multiple calls and conversations to be able to get a discount for it, which we agreed to be applied towards our SEO services with them (big mistake).

After 5 months of the seo services, we have got to 10 organic users on our website per month. We have contacted the company to find out if we are on truck to hit 2000 (we knew we aren't), or at least 10 blogposts, and 50 backlinks.

Josh "the manager" quickly blamed me for having these number on the initial email/contract saying that it was me, who requested to have 2000 website visits a month after 6 months. He did offer a free month of SEO service after further investigation and realization that his claims have no support. We agreed (another mistake), accepting the fact that 2000 clicks/month isn't possible (unless you pay over 400/month for multiple years), but we have asked the company to get on truck with the backlinks and blog posts.

The next day we realized that the newly made backlinks was the spam messages on non-moving related forums, and some shady (Chinese and Arabic language) websites. We quickly seized all their access to our website/Google profile/etc. Biggest and the only scam we fell to in our 7 years operating the business.

Duff - the seo specialist and web designer stayed professional and explained it being a mistake (possible, but hard to believe) of a 3rd party company that works on backlinks. No more business with MARC group.
