The Mini Office has been absolutely critical for my successful practice. I reached out to them when my bookkeeping was behind and asked Nicole to help. I actually asked her to gently nag me and she did just that. It was our running joke for a bit. Bookkeeping is the last thing business owners want to do - It’s always at the end of the list. But Nicole worked with me and has become a critical element of running a successful practice. I’ve worked with Nicole for over a year now, with the fantastic assistance of Frank (who was assigned to my file- sorry for that Frank!) and they’ve been absolutely amazing with getting me where I wanted to be. At the beginning, Frank looked at how I operate, asked a few questions (especially for professional regulation purposes- I sent him my bookkeeping guide) and now he just knows exactly what I am doing and how I operate while quietly working behind the scenes to ensure everything is done, when it needs to be done. I love their monthly reports as they keep me on track without issue. I am so happy to have found Nicole, Frank and the entire Mini office team. With their assistance they lifted a huge amount of work off and I would genuinely be lost without them. They’re worth every penny. Frank is super patient with me and I would even go as far as saying that they’ve both become trustworthy and well respected friends. The only thing I would have done differently is have hired them from the beginning opening my business. So whether you’re a start up, small, medium or large business, YOU NEED THE MINI OFFICE! It’s a small price to pay for reassurance and compliance. Thank you for everything you’ve done for my business! Thank you thank you thank you.

Everyone at The Mini Office are incredibly professional, efficient, and really thorough.
