Closes early, open late. No soap on the soap setting, foam polish doesn't work. This place use to be great till the owner took over. Has really gone down hill in the past year

Very disappointed. No soap. Attendent came out and sprayed the water against something dark to show me there was some soap. I still could not see it. Then same compliant about foam brush which he came out again but this time turned up the soap output. Took off a couple bucks but hardly compensation for my wasted time and a dirty truck. Not going back.

Waited in line for over 10 minutes just to finally have someone come out and say that they don’t have soap so I can only rinse my car. I think the proper thing to do as a business owner is to put up a sign or actually pay attention to when people are waiting in line. Wasted my time and others. I won’t be back.

I was having trouble with my battery earlier in the day, thought I had everything sorted out till my car died in one of the stalls. Staff was wonderful and pushed my car out to the parking lot so we could boost it. The car wash itself is very good and simple to use! Won’t cost an arm and a leg either.

I had an appointment for detailing at the Olds Car and Truck wash, and was told on the phone it would be for 11am, they didn't bother to state that the detailing won't occur until 2:30, so when I go to drop off my vehicle, they state that they can't work on it till 2:30, but make it sound as if it was a schedule error. They also promised to be done for 5pm, and I even phoned the place at 4:50, and they weren't done for another hour afterwards.
They also have it where if you pay cash, you don't have to pay gst, but don’t have any signs to indicate this, so I had to pay it, as I do not carry $175 in cash on me since I have a debit card. It was such bad experience for me as I had to cancel all plans for the afternoon, as I had to wait until my vehicle was done.
I hope that the management read this and make a conscious effort to fix these problems.

Absolutely terrible car wash, 75% of the stuff don't work, zero pressure, soap brush basically gives you one drop of soap to wash your entire car, vacuums don't work, spot free don't work, bug cleaner don't work. I'd say if you just need a spray and go you will be fine. Also both my shorts and shirt are now wrecked from their leaking hoses spraying the chemical everywhere. A $10 trip turned into a $80 trip
