Jordan was absolutely FANTASTIC. my hubby and I were looking for a house as first time homebuyers and the first house we seen with Jordan is the one that sold us. His genuine character and attitude towards real estate and his care for his clients shows through. I had an excellent experience working with the Peggy Hill team. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was getting into and I was fortunate that Nicole S. was able to guide me through the entire process. She had all of my needs in mind when we were looking at houses and was honest with me in the pros and cons of each place we visited. We recently had the pleasure of working with Caitlin O’Brien from the Peggy Hill Realty Team in search of a home for my son Taylor. Being a first time home buyer and purchasing on his own he asked his Dad and I to assist in the process. After our initial meeting with Caitlin he knew he was in good hands. I highly recommend Jeff Hoyles from the Peggy Hill team. When I was searching for a realtor I chose Jeff based on feedback from others and I have to say I chose the right guy! I was a first time home "seller" and felt comfortable and confident from start to finish. Also a beautiful basket was delivered one day during the experience and also a gift bag with some goodies in it,, very thoughtful. I would choose Jeff again if the situation arose in that area.
