The Pink Wand cleaned my house and the Wow they did an amazing job! Super professional and polite. They cleaned things in my house that I wouldn't of even thought of like my dishwasher liner and the top moldings around my doors, windows and closets. My house smells amazing and such a reasonable price. They were able to work within my budget. I highly recommend them!

Move out clean on an empty rental house.
Very NICE team. Unfortunately very POOR cleaning ability.
Example-- basement carpet had a bunch of dead bugs ...but she couldn't vacuum them up ... I had to pick them up
Her reply: " sorry, that's the best we could do and you've got carpet cleaner coming anyhow" (who I hired separately )
Makes me wonder if the basement was even vacuumed
Mopping areas was done with filthy water and at the edges of every room there's still 'floor stuff ..rocks/floor lint etc'
The most disappointing was the stove.
They had opened the door and sprayed the glass with a foam cleaner to 'soak'...when I came back after they left .. the oven door was closed so I opened it up to find the inside of the oven hadn't even been wiped out. The now greasy foaming cleaner had run down under the stove
The top of the gas stove was also covered in white foamy cleaner and was half dried on... and it was also sitting in the gas elements
I only had toilet paper to try to rescue the stove and wipe up the mess under / inside and on top of the range.
I immediately phoned and emailed the company requesting a phone call and also included pictures of what I was dealing with.
Received an email apology from the owner (no phone call) and an offer for the team to come back to finish the job
Unfortunately as earlier mentioned it was a move out clean and we were already on the highway by the time she replied
And cherry on the cake still have received no phone call... but I have received the over $800 invoice with a whopping $50 'discount'
Very DISAPPOINTED in a sub par clean that took 2 additional hours over the original quote.

So, I was casually taking my two young kids out to play at Nose Creek Park a few days ago when I bumped into the most lovely, happy-go-lucky, and enthusiastic woman I've ever met in this small city!! Her name is Neri and she told me she worked for a well-established cleaning company named The Pink Wand and she was incredibly passionate about working for them! She told me she felt truly valued and like she mattered. She was also made to feel like an important part of the team, unlike at her previous jobs where she was just another employee. She seemed super enthused about cleaning and organizing at her job which is hard to find.
I am a low to middle class mom who doesn't have any spare money to hire a housekeeper (even though I clearly need it being a super busy mother and wife!) but if I did, I would definitely hire someone from The Pink Wand without a doubt! And if I also had a few free hours a day, I wouldn't hesitate to work for them as well!!!

I have been a customer of Pink Wand for the last 6 years (household clean once every two weeks) and I have always been very happy with the quality of their service, reliability and for the care with which they treat my home. I have mostly had the same wonderful ladies cleaning my home and they get better and faster over time. This saves me money. I highly recommend Pink Wand for regularly scheduled household cleaning. They are very good and it frees me up to do the things I enjoy. PS: They do extra cleaning when i request it.... love the flexibility. I hate washing stairs and they do a great job
They are also insured and the one time I had a small ceramic damaged it was dealt with quickly and professionally, I was very satisfied. I recommend this cleaning company.
