These are the most awesome people I've never met. Full disclosure, I have only dealt with them online and on the phone, but they are still amazing. On with the story!
We suffered a vehicle break-in and one of the things that was stolen was a doll that was my son's favorite buddy he called "Little dude". Well, after dealing with police/insurance we went on the hunt to replace the missing friend. Consoling an upset child can be quite the challenge, but we told him we'd try to find our stuff and maybe the police could help. The team at Playful Piper were the only place in North America that had the right one! Not Amazon, not ebay, Playful Piper! I called them the next day I called to make sure they still had it in stocks, which they did. I told the gal on the phone what happened and she too was so glad they had it in stock for me!
I put in my order through their website after hanging up and they had it sent off the next day (I called later in the day)! When I got the package they had even put in a handwritten note. It was so touching to see a small business that cares about their customers. They made my boy so happy, which made me so happy.
