I can comment on the coffee bar as I didn’t go for the spa, the barista was friendly and I liked their americano. They use coffee from Rosso Coffee Roasters. Final note, the interior smells heavenly, such a good soapy smell, guessing it’s from their spa products.

My first pedicure at the Willows. I enjoyed this more than the other establishments I have been at. Maxine was super great and friendly. The staff was very attentive and having a glass of wine made the whole experience super relaxing. As a male maybe you would feel embarrassed or have other feelings. The group of professionals at the Willows are great and I would 100% recommend visiting their spa. I am going to be booking a message before Christmas.

I enjoy visiting the Willows Spa whether for a relaxing coffee with friends by the fire or to be pampered with one of their services. The staff are always friendly and professional. They make you feel so welcome. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing where time just slips away.
I recently had a gel manicure with Melissa. She was awesome. So friendly and easy to visit with and she did an amazing job. I have had my nails done for years and appreciate her attention to details. Thanks Melissa. I love my nails.

I recently had an amazing gel pedicure at The Willows Spa in De Winton, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene and welcoming, making it the perfect place to relax.

Melissa, my nail technician, was fantastic. She was not only professional and skilled but also warm and friendly. She took her time to ensure every detail was perfect, and the result was a beautifully done gel pedicure that I absolutely love. The products used were of high quality, and the cleanliness of the spa was impeccable.

Overall, my experience at The Willows Spa was exceptional. If you're looking for a place to pamper yourself and enjoy top-notch services, I highly recommend booking an appointment with Melissa. I will definitely be returning!

Pedicure was good but “Feeling Pampered with Gel” manicure was not worth the money.

This is slotted as a 1hr and 25 minute treatment and I was done in 30 minutes.
I do have short nails and ended up having to just do clear gel polish as I didn’t realize a French look was an extra charge (glad I didn’t pay the additional $30 for that though). I can’t have full color due to work, however, I don’t feel a colour would have added another hour to this treatment.

There was no nail soak to start so pushing the cuticles was not pleasant and the “exfoliation” was dry and also unpleasant with a 1 minute hot towel wipe and 5 minute massage after. Just not at all what I was expecting for $75. The technician was nice and my nails are fine but I won’t be back.

What an amazing experience at the Willows Spa & Coffee Bar! It is a hidden gem in heritage pointe with yummy snacks and drinks. The owner, Amelia and manager, Amanda were soo lovely and made my friend and I feel at home. The bff pedicures was a great experience enjoying a glass of bubbly and some snacks well getting to chat away. Everyone who works is attentive and kind, I will be returning! Also, they have the best selection of gifts💗

Love the whole spa experience. The pedicure I had with Melissa was amazing! Very relaxing environment, friendly and professional staff. To top the whole experience off was an amazing charcuterie board and an iced carmel macchiato.

Had another amazing pedicure experience with Anna. She was so professional and paid great attention to detail, leaving my feet feeling soft and refreshed. I left feeling completely pampered and can’t wait to come back again! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch pedicure.

The Willows is my favorite place to get my nails done as the staff are always friendly and accommodating, let alone the finished product never disappoints. I would highly recommend 🙂
