I just got possession of my new townhouse in Armstrong. I used Thor as my realtor and he couldn't have made the process any smoother. I'll definitely be using his services again for both my realty and property management needs.

Thor manages another property for me in Vernon and I was lucky enough to have appliances and my garage door opener fail not to mention a FLOOD from a burst toilet main above my unit. When my strata informed me of the flood I called Thor and he was there within 30 minutes. He was quick to replace the appliances and got me a good deal on a new garage door opener. He also sorted out the flooding and aided my tenant through the process to ensure he was taken care of during the restoration.
I can say in all his honestly that you probably can't get any better than Thor if you want peace of mind with your rental property.
