Brian assisted me in purchasing a home in August of this year. He was a huge help throughout the entire process, from securing the financing to assisting with overcoming many of the obstacles that came up throughout. The home I purchased required a different type of mortgage as it is more of a cabin layout and he was able identify this and got the best rate possible.
