Ordered from here last night and disappointed with our order..We had three orders of wings and one order of chicken fingers.
Literally tasted and looks like our food was found in an alley.
The chicken fingers were the result of a chicken burger cut up.(we think 🤔) and maybe Teflon in the wings but not really sure what the black stuff is in the container.

Tried calling to discuss a refund but no answer.

Stopped on Wednesday night for a number17 large. Mouth watering ham, pepperoni, salami, there house made Italian sausage, added fresh tomatoes on side. Along with mushrooms and extra cheese. Along with a couple beers. Romano was so friendly. Made a couple suggestions, made the pizza to perfection. If I could give more stars I would have added more. Was one of the better Tom’s I have had.Okotoks your so lucky to have a Tom’s. Lethbridge used to have two. Now none. We ate half of the pizza and reheated the rest in the air fryer almost better than right out of the oven. We will definitely be back. The pizza is thin crust and I think one of the top pizzas around. Thanks Romano! Update on the way home from Calgary we phoned our order in and when we arrived after a couple minutes our pizza was done. Saldy took our order and he was spot on. Perfection on the toppings and baking the crust . Good service and friendly. Clean and organized. Thanks Saldy, can’t wait till next time.

Absolute rip off. Paid $62 for $42 in pizza and a $20 delivery charge. On top of that it took 75 mins and three phone calls to get our pizza on a Monday night.

Never had pizza with no cheese on it.

Never again. Mama's pizza was unfortunately wasn't opened.

In response to the reply: There was no cheese under orver or on the Meat lovers pizza. Size was not what I would call a large. Didn't address the very poor delivery time (slowest night if the week) nor the lack of communication on where our order was.

Their pizza has a really nice crispy crust and it is piled on with tons of toppings! They have a nice little selection local craft beers on tap too. The staff are really friendly and it is quite clean inside. It could probably use a bit of a refresh in terms of the decor and furniture that is ripping in some places. But the pizza is delicious and you can stay in or take it to go!!

I have ordered takeout frequently here as it is the only fast food close to my house. Kind of expensive, but very tasty and the pizza is totally covered in toppings, unlike other chain pizza places. The staff is friendly and patient too!

Stacey provided us with top notch service once again.. we drove all the way from the land of the living skies for a visit and we showed up to drinks waiting on the table for us and a most delicious caeser as an added bonus. Highly recommend the bar, the service and the food!

The restaurant side was very quiet. I was the only diner at lunchtime on Sunday. I guess that makes it quite a safe place to dine in.
The server/manager has been working for Tom's for the pastc8 years and is really quite friendly and knowledgeable.
The personal sized Chicken, Peppers and Pineapple pizza was excellent! Love the thin crust and the ample toppings as though it were a thick crust pizza.
The Parmigian Chicken are backed instead of fried and tasted really juicy!
I didn't know that Tom's House of Pizza was in Okotoks, but now that I do I will definitely keep it mind in the future.
