VERY poor customer service. Bought a reusable wrap from them last year, they did the install and took it off the beginning of this year. Went to get it re wrapped for this winter and they left the zipper on the back completely unzipped which also was ripped. They claim the “wind” must have done it on the drive home. And as I argued with them they had more and more excuses.
“Our technician ensures it was zipped up”

“Oh actually we never touch any zipper, we have no need to”

but there is absolutely no way the wind would have unzipped both zippers COMPLETELY especially considering it’s on the back of the boat. As of right now they have done absolutely nothing to resolve this issue. Very unhappy with the service they have provided.

Been a week since they’ve replied to my review, still nothing.

It has now been another 2.5 weeks since my last update and haven’t heard a word.

Took my 70s motor in for repair other shops wouldn't touch it, wasn't worth fixing in the long run unfortunately but they were willing to have a look and try if it was possible.

I had my boat in in May to have the trim system looked at as it wouldn't work while the boat moving, only would raise and lower when I was at rest or hardly moving. I dropped it off to be looked at and was surprised but happy when I received a text message saying that my was fixed and ready to go. When I got there I was greeted with a near $1000.00 bill. No one had called and provided me with a quote, so it just surprised me a little, but I was just happy that it was fixed and ready to go. Well, when I finally got a chance to put the boat in the water in July, I find that it is no different than it was before.😔. I stopped by and talked to Ruth about it and she booked me in to have it looked at again. So I dropped it off and they found that the system still had air in it and that the poppet valve port had a small leak, so I told them to replace it , it was less than $80 for the part, so of course. Well I get text that it's ready and I go to pick up this evening, to be greeted with yet another $480 bill! Apparently it took a very long time to bleed the air from the system and I'm on the hook for them to bleed the air from the system twice because someone missed a small leak the first time that they were supposed to have it fixed 🤔. I am just hoping that it is working when I put it in the water next 🤞🙏.
As per your reply, I said that I had no problem paying for the parts and I even said that I would pay for part of the labor costs, but Ruth had to check with the mechanic and no discount was ever offered, only the mechanic's justification for spending so much time bleeding air from the system and no mention of reducing the amount charged for the labor! That's what I was after, was some kind of a compromise on the cost. If you were indeed offering me a discount, I certainly wouldn't have turned it down. YOU have my phone number, if you are indeed offering me a refund of some type, you just have to contact me.

This is the pathetic work you can expect from this "marine company". This was holding on my anchor winch, not like that's important or anything.

1) Obviously not marine grade bolts
2) Crooked & stripped bolts
3) No washers, barely held on
4) NO WATERPROOFING

Those holes go right into the centre console area where all the fuses and wiring are with my gauges.

They refused any refund, and told me they'd fix it "but they're busy and would get to it when they could". I said that's not acceptable, and now they ignore me and refuse to refund me so I can get their horrible work fixed properly.

HORRIBLE work, no customer service. Save your money and investment (boat) and go ANYWHERE else.

Friendly staff, great service, expert Repairs by one of the best mechanics around.

My boat went in for a leak issue, it was filling up with water fairly quick. They did the obvious repair needed, but there was two issues, One not so easy find. The first repair was done within a week. I got the boat back after the first repair. It was still filling with water, back to the shop. They didn’t make me wait weeks on end for the second repair. Peter fixed it within a day. Wow right! You simply can’t get any better then that.
Very happy customer to say the least! 😎🚤

Today was my first experience with them (dropped my boat off for winterization) so I will keep you updated. So far they have been very friendly and accommodating and decent price wise.
