when my wife and I decided to list our home with a realtor, being 43 years in sales I had a plan to select listing agent and their company.
I went through the process of interviewing five agents from 5 different companies.every one of the agents were given a home tour and then we sat down for my interview questions and seek answers. It was amazing the differences in the agent's thoughts on open houses, marketing, advertising, web media sales, and personal support to help me sell the house.
