At my wife's suggestion, we asked Hope Harju at Transat Travel to find the perfect vacation spot in Mexico for us, our kids and grandkids. She was exceptional! She helped us identify the most important criteria for our planned holiday, and then listed several options, making excellent observations and recommendations about each. She was very prompt when responding to our (many) inquiries and was able to anticipate and address some issues that ensured our holiday was all fun with no stress or unpleasant surprises. We dealt with Mahezabi Shamim at Transat Travel before Christmas to book a winter vacation to Jamaica in January. She was unbelievable - gave us so many options, listened to our requests and once we settled on the resort - still give us more options. She recommended this resort and it was EVERYTHING she said it would be and even MORE! We think she was as excited as we were! We had a wonderful time and couldn't have topped this vacation! About 150 000 people witnessed a WestJet travel chaos over the Canada Day long weekend. However, that is a horror story for another day. Here I would like to share my personal experience with Travel Agent Hope Harju out of Transat Travel, Sherwood Park, AB. Hope blemished my interests in Travel arrangements I made dealing with her. She showed lack of respect, lack of professionalism and lack of expertise. Against my will and against my instructions, she arranged a deal with WestJet on my behalf and without my Written consent that was required. This way she closed the door on my ability to seek further compensation and justice with a major Canadian Airline for the financial and emotional damages they caused to my family. Also, I was maybe able to seek and obtain alternative Travel arrangements but Hope killed that option for my family. Despite written instructions not to accept WestJet's offer, she proceeded to make a "deal with the Devil" and to further damage my potential options available. When asked why she did it - in a raised tone she said no signature was necessary (I did received a Signature Request via email from Hope Harju) to make arrangements on my behalf. WestJet hand in hand along with Hope Harju and Transat Travel cleaned their hands, imaginably saving their reputations as they pretend their businesses do not rely on providing services to the customers they serve. I am left with a bitter taste of how the business is done and how the raises are achieved - over the backs of Canadian citizens that need to pay for it all.

Mel booked our first trip to Mazatlan with Mel we wanted to go to one resort our friends were going to she said that place isn't very good anymore it used to be great She booked us El Cid the food was excellent lots of choices probably five different or six different restaurants to choose from the service was awesome bus service was right out the door.

A couple years ago she booked us a scenic river cruise with Scenic an Australian company trip was from Budapest to Amsterdam what a great trip what great food the entertainment was awesome

Hello,

We recently completed a vacation trip to Europe, 23 days, including tour coach, cruise and flights to other cities, transfers, excursions, etc. Our whole trip was prepared by Pamela Graham from Transat Travel at Sherwood Park office.

It was our first experience working with a travel agent and it was great!

Pamela did a wonderful job preparing a very complex trip with a lot of daily activities and in conclusion our vacation was perfect thanks in great part to Pamela.

Everything (99%) of the coordination worked exactly as planned. We were amazed because in such a long trip chances are that some of what was planned will not work and we believe the planning was so great that minimized the changes of failure.

In addition Pamela was always asking us and confirming exactly what we wanted, flexible with changes, very knowledgeable and offering multiple options. Extremely supportive during the vacation trip preparation, during the trip and post travel.

We want to thank you Pamela for the great work and for helping us the have such an amazing vacation.

We also highly recommend Pamela Graham to anyone that wants to plan a trip and wants that peace of mind that a travel agent will be behind every detail and make things super easy for you.

I Have been dealing with Mahezabi on a Nov trip . She has been outstanding to work with. She was able to supply me with info on what resorts have had good reviews with previous clients and made it easier to select a resort we would be happy with visiting. I Wanted to try a travel agent this time around and so far it's been an great experience. She has looked after all of my requests and stayed on top the paper work and booking .
