I was very disappointed with my experience with Trend Home Improvements. It took 3 weeks, 3 phone calls, and an email just to get a quote on some desired renos to a mobile home after their initial visit. I don't think you should have to chase after a company you are possibly going to give money to in exchange for business. When I finally did receive their estimate, it was literally twice the cost of another reputable competitor. I would never recommend Trend to anyone. Seriously, if they couldn't be bothered wanting to do a smaller job, they should just make that known from the beginning.

Decided to give trend home improvement a try after recommended by a friend. I called them in July to replace a couple shingles on my roof. Sent an email in September with a drone photo of the shingles that needed replacing, which lead into October.

I asked them several times if they were busy, I could go somewhere else. They said that they got the work order mixed up and they will send someone over at the beginning of November. The roofer showed up in December to visually inspect the roof from my driveway. I told them that I sent an image of the shingles that needed replacing. He said he would be there the following Monday and did not show up.

I got a bill for $311.85 in February. On the description of the bill, it stated “Replaced shingles blown out supplied by customer.” I was surprised by this since my cameras did not capture anyone, I worked for home and my back gate was locked. When I called and asked what day the work was completed, they could not give me an exact date, then called back and said in December. I told them I needed a date to check the cameras, or I can wait until the snow melted and take my drone up there to see the work was done. He said he will call me back the following Monday to give the day the work was completed. I gave them a month to investigate, then took my drone up and compared the pictures.

The same shingles were missing. At this point in time, I was very upset. When I spoke to the owner he said, “I will void the invoice why are you mad if I am going to do what you want.” I was mad because this company tried to hustle me. I would have paid the invoice without question since Trend seems to be a well-established company.

I am sure they are not use to people verifying their work.

Trend home improvement issued an invoice when there was no work done. In my experience there were dishonest and unprofessional. Always verify their work.

We used Trend Home Improvements for an interior renovation. Our salesperson Andrew did an awesome job and had some great ideas and options to help us figure out what we wanted and what would actually work for the room. The installer Jordon is a delight and a very hard worker. We will use Trend again.

After a month still waiting for a quote on a simple 24 x 32 garage. They won’t call back or return calls. If trend is too busy or just plain not interested in the job then say so. Very poor customer service.

Had Trend replace the big bay window in our living room. Great product and the installer was very professional and did a great job on the install. Highly recommend

The back door of our house was replaced With an all weather window door, this was supposed to be an upgraded door more efficient and steel cased with rubber seals around the perimeters of the door.

I had to call to see if the door ever came (this was three weeks after the expected latest delivery time), never received a call back. The salesman called back after the third call to setup an install. The jam was not steel and the seals are foam not rubber. Said they would follow up with all weather and make it right. Have received one phone call to see if we were happy with it which we aren't. All weather has not come to see why it is such a terrible door.

Door is doing the exact same thing as our previous door did, ice builds up and pushes the door open with ice. Glad we spent 2300 dollars to have the exact same thing happen, this was something I asked if the door new door would do.

I would not recommend, not happy and they're not in my opinion doing anything to fix the issue, or contacting the manufacturer (if they have the manufacturer has not contacted us).

Poor customer service. Was quoted a timeframe. Two weeks after the quoted timeframe I called and was told that they never would have quoted such a timeframe. Whatever. Several weeks later still no call. Called again and apparently they had the window over a week and just hadn't bothered calling about it. They called a few days later to setup a time for install however I feel that they never would have if I never called. Told the sales rep that due to the misleading information and increase on the quote of over 200.00 that I would not be using their services in the future. Was told "That's fine. We don't care. This has not been a pleasant transaction for us either." by their sales associate A.
Yah I know not all customers are easy to deal with but when you give a rough estimate on a timeframe and miss it by a month then don't even call when the window is it I just call that poor customer service.
Do not use Trend. There are plenty of other contractors in GP and area that have better pricing and service.

The All Weather Window Doors we have are beautiful, BUT only when they are installed properly. Our experience with Trend Home Improvements was horrible. I have been told the people we dealt with are no longer employed there, but that doesn't change how we were treated, the quality of the installation or the troubles we still continue to have 2 years later. All Weather has had to replace one of the doors twice now due to the bad installation, and I had to contact then once again today to ask for help. I asked for the owner to contact me back when we were dealing with the "sales guys" 2 years ago but never heard back. Edit note: I have sent an email as the "owners reaponse" said to contact, but haven't heard back.
