Had an emergency septic issue, ON Christmas Eve. Will and Cam both came out asap and helped us out returning everything to normal! Both super friendly and personable, worked hard and got the job done in a timely manner and called to double check that everything was running smoothly still. Can't thank them enough for coming out at the worst possible time for something to go wrong! Thanks TriStar!!!

Tri Star showed up the day we called them, in a time crunch and gave us the paperwork we needed right away as well! Amazing to deal to with, and would highly recommend them!

They showed up a day late after I had to call and see what happened when they did not show up. The cost was double what other septic companies charge.(and they were coming from another job and I was on there route to go back to their shop). On the positive side, the guys that did the job did an awesome job.
Emailed about the bill and got no response for 1 1/2 months. They finally contacted me about the bill and said they never seen my email that I had sent.
They reduced the bill to an appropriate price.

Our basement flooded on a Sunday evening because of the septic tank. After phoning four septic tank cleaning company's who supposed to have a 24/7 emergency program, who gave us the run around or ask to leave a message we ended with phoning TRISTAR. Ty answered and after explaining what was the problem he said I will phone you back . Three minutes later he told us the truck would be there what was exactly what happened. Two hours later after some difficulty with the lid off the tank we had our system working again. A big thanks to Ty and Quintin (who did all the work) We highly recommend their company Tristar.

Ty and the crew are were great to work with , Showed up and quoted right away , came in the did the job fast/clean and right on the money for the quote.
thanks again for helping me with my project guys, and the free inspection of the old tank was nice too 😉 I highly recommend them if you need anything done with a Hydrovac!!!

Needed my tank pumped/inspected immediately. It was -25C out, I have a very steep/winding driveway, I had called every other company in Vernon/kelowna area, most either wouldn’t answer or did not want to bother. I called Ty with Tristar, told him the situation and he did not hesitate, on his way within a hour. Couldn’t make it up the hill initially, stopped and put his chains on half way up. He did not charge extra for the time to do that or tank size/dump fees etc... He was in and out, considerably cheaper and during a heavy snow and cold snap we haven’t seen in many years. I was impressed and thankful for saving money and time. Wish I called them first

Great service and super friendly. Went above and beyond to help us out and locate the clog that caused the septic issue. We found him to be, not only helpful and friendly but very honest. We are now going to use him as a regular service for our home and business. He made searching for this service easy and we are happy to support his company! Highly recommended.
