I cannot say enough good things about Matt and his staff. My bedroom furnace stopped working and he was out the next morning to fix it. He even installed an additional CO2 detector to ensure we are as safe as possible with an older furnace. Matt is super friendly and does excellent work. I highly recommend True North!

This is a huge shout out to Matt and the team at True North. I have a residence that I reside in "part-time" near Sundre. Because I'm not there 100% of the time, I have a frost alarm so that I can remotely monitor. Recently, my alarm triggered and I was out the next day to find the internal temperature of my residence at 2 degrees (c). The furnace had failed. I called True North and within 2 hours the team was on-site. This was amazing to me! The guys were knowledgeable, friendly, respectful of my property, and came equipped with the parts needed for the repair. They were quick and efficient and offered up several helpful tips that I will use in the future management of my property. I got the bill about a week later and it was about half of what I was expecting.....I give my unreserved endorsement to the True North team. 5 Stars!

Really pleasant experience dealing with Matt when I needed a plumber. He sent out Martin to fix a the issue who was also great and did a good job. I would definitely recommend True North for your plumbing needs.

The team at True North Plumbing & Heating was amazing! They came out the next morning after booking a last minute no heat call and came out to fully inspect and test the system, ensure that I was up and running, and were very prepared with all the necessary replacement parts on hand just in case any were needed. Knowing that finding a trusted plumber that can be recommended can be hard, finding a specialty plumber that can work on mobile home HVAC systems is a needle in the haystack. But after getting the recommendation from my father in law for this place, I would recommend True North Plumbing & Heating to anyone. You guys are awesome and worth more than 5 stars on Google for reviews.

Was in a business and had one of the younger tradesman be rude and tell me not to walk on a path in the store, I said no problem. Then he said 'what do you want to sweep the dust you are tracking?' Absolutely appalling behaviour!

Matt came out at the end of his day today, gave me great advise about a new water heater, they were booked into next week but when hearing I had been without hot water for nearly 5 weeks (long story) insurance was involved, he talked to his coworker outside came in and said they had one at the shop if I wanted it. Of course I did expecting next week but they went back to town and came back out and installed it. They went above and beyond for this senior and I appeciate it more than they could imagine. It was a full time job heating water to do every thing.

Highly recommend using Matt and his team! We’ve had them out to our place west of Olds a few times now for emergencies and they are always the best! Easy to get ahold of, knowledgeable and always go above and beyond! Matt showed up for us when no other company would, even though we contacted him last minute for a well pump problem. He and Adam got our water back up and running so we didn’t have to go a day without. They even went the extra mile to install new outside taps and completed a furnace inspection at the same time. (even though he wasn’t called for that - but asked to do after they were here) We will be calling True North back out to do some regular maintenance in the near future!
