Tulips and Maple catered our wedding in August and the service and food was amazing! They were communicative, accommodating, and took all our dietary restrictions very seriously. All staff were professional, kind, and kept open communication throughout the event. Our many guests raved about how delicious both the canapés and the dinner were, and this was a highlight for many! Guests particularly enjoyed the range of canapé options and family-style dinner service. We are so grateful for all the staff at Tulips and Maple for helping our day run smoothly and being such a memorable part in the process. Karly and her team made every effort to go beyond expectation and were a huge part of bringing the entire day together. We highly recommend them to anyone planning on having their wedding or any big event catered!

They were so accommodating and went above and beyond, specially with all the allergies and our requests. We could not have asked for a better catering team for our wedding at Fort Henry with 105 guests. From start to finish, they were an absolute dream to work with. Karly guided us seamlessly through the planning process, and we were blown away when the chef even sent us home with leftovers after our tasting. On the big day, our guests could not stop raving about the food—it was beautifully prepared and delicious.

The service went above and beyond: servers addressed each guest by name when serving, which made the experience feel so personal and thoughtful. Every allergy and food preference was accommodated with ease, which gave us so much peace of mind. When the LCBO couldn’t complete our bar order, the team went out of their way to source what we needed so that everything was exactly as we envisioned. And as the night wrapped up, the event staff even helped us pack up all of our décor—a gesture that meant the world to us after such a long day.

Karly, the chef and team at Tulips & Maple truly went above and beyond for our wedding weekend. We felt taken care of from day one. They are responsive, collaborative and had great ideas of their own. They made sure all dietary restrictions were met. The logistics with the tent/cutlery company was made very easy for us. And ofcourse the food, everyone raved about the food. The food we taste-tested in advance matched what we had on the day. Special shoutout to the salmon, roast beef, vegan option and grilled cheese! It was truly a great experience to work with such professionalism and friendliness from the T&M team. We cannot thank you enough!

Tulips and Maple catered and provided the bar service for our July 19 wedding, at my grandparents’ private property 40 mins North of Kingston. Karly was very professional, friendly, and responsive during the process, and made sure all my questions were answered, and that we had everything necessary to have a smooth and enjoyable day! I will admit I was a bit nervous about doing a buffet style dinner but it was a hit! We got multiple compliments about the staff and food being great. There was enough food for guests to have 2nds and they even packaged up leftovers for us and put it in the fridge. Karly checked in on us during the day to make sure we had everything we needed and made sure we had a drink in hand right away when we wanted one 🙂 the whole day was seamless from their arrival to clean-up. 5+ catering for our event of 60 or so. Absolutely top notch, in all respects. Appies, salad , main and exquisite lavender cheesecake. Staff was attentive, food was hot, attractively plated and quickly served. Clearly, an experienced team that I would highly recommend.

At axrecent event catered by Tulip and Maple I was disappointed that the food served was barely lukewarm. I did mention it to the cooks in the kitchen and got excuses and attitude. In fact the one cook said that the food in the kitchen was hot to which I responded that it should be hot to the plate.
On the other hand the girls who worked the event were amazing, helpful and professional. Too bad their work ethic did not extend to all employees

Tulips & Maple cateter our wedding in Prince Edward county in July. We were really impressed with their food & service. The quality of food was very important to us and they really came through. We also had some power issues at our venue and last minute changes due to rain, and they rolled with the punches beautifully. Tulips & Maple and their staff really went above and beyond, they helped wherever we needed it from collecting our gifts and setting up our gift table (due to rain delay).
We have received many compliments from our guests raving about how great the food was. We would use Tulips & Maple again.
