My mother recently received services for a bathroom sink problem, in mannville AB. She is on fixed income and has used this company times before in the past. Because of fixed income she has had to pay her bill bit by bit as the money came, but has always paid it in full. In this recent visit 2 plumbers were sent, 1 gentleman had been there before but the other fellow had not. The new guy had used a reciprocating saw, cutting a 1inch slice (accident,understandable) in the newly painted wall and when confronted about it claimed he didn't do it and that it must have been there before hand( Not Ok). Then while in the basement and the other usual man in bathroom, he proceeded to turn on the water on before the pipe had been connected and flooded the bathroom floor.
Once they were done and gone, she had found cut off pipe left laid on basement floor as well as outside in driveway. Mother was charged just shy of 350$ dollars for this. When mother went into office to talk about hourly rate , as she has used twin d before in past, the receptionist had quite the attitude, when the price got readjusted fairly (thank you). Mother then went to put the money she had down and the receptionist again had very poor customer service towards her. Exclaiming you couldn't have just called me about this if that was all you were going to put on the bill.(NOT OK). Fixed income my mother is, always paid her bill, literally selling whatever she can online, only to be talked to like that?. Very disappointed.

I always have them out to deal with drains backing up due to roots in the pipes. They're always there within an hour or two of calling, even on weekends and holidays. Recently had them to hook up a new mobile home on an acreage to a brand new gas meter. What is a big project was made so easy. All I did was call them and they got permits, evaluated the property, and did the install quickly, efficiently, and professionally. I never bothered to call anyone else - it is worth it to pay whatever they are asking, and luckily they are not expensive to use either.

We have dealt with Twin D twice in the last 4 months. Once for a garage heater, and the other for a replacement hot water heater. We have been really impressed with their pricing and punctuality. A quick swap on the hot water heater was very appreciated. They come highly recommended from us.

First time having to call a plumber, and I'm so glad I went with Twin D! Our water had been frozen for 3 days and Brandon came as soon as we needed him. He got our water flowing in less than an hour and a half, and provided us with the knowledge we needed going forward! He was courteous, efficient, and friendly; I will definitely be asking for him again for any future plumbing/heating needs!

Furnace quit working 4:30 in the afternoon. Gave them.a call, on scene 15 minutes, quick diagnosis, faulty thermostat, new one installed, have heat.
