Excellent service, I had looked all around town for someone to simply help me with putting my serpentine belt on my Mazda CX 3, since I wasn't strong enough or had the right tool to lift the tension peice up by myself. So I walked around and asked if someone could help at various mechanics. Twisted Metal was the only place kind enough to help me with my problem and avoid having to pay a $200 towing bill for a quick and simple fix. Thank-you Twisted Metal for you help!

After drilling one of the elusive Saskatchewan whitetail highway foragers, I started my claim with SGI and was directed to book directly thru Twisted Metal for an estimate of repairs. I took my truck to their shop with road debris on it and I knew I should’ve washed it first because I noticed another area of damage AFTER the adjustment/estimate. Even though I brought my truck back AFTER they had done the estimate, they were friendly and helpful and very very apologetic for what they felt was their oversight. I was totally not upset and felt it was more my fault than anything. Anyway, all went well for the estimate procedure. Then came the winter season with exposed body panels and paint peeling from the collision, allowing salt to do its thing while we waited for parts. Thru no fault of Twisted Metal, it’s not easy to do repairs quickly when your worldwide supply chain isn’t producing as required. That being said, the repair shop kept me updated on my vehicle’s parts slowly materializing from somewhere in Mexico or the US. Once all my parts arrived, they booked my vehicle for repair. With my permission, we agreed to reschedule my repair for 2 weeks further down the road, and once the real repair day finally arrived, they tackled my vehicle’s extensive repairs SO QUICKLY!! They even installed one other plastic grille bezel I had smashed out with a rock (and purchased myself aside from the claim) with no muss and fuss! My vehicle was spotless when I picked it up. It looked like the day I bought it—inside AND out! My kids even said “Dad! They put the “new car” smell back into your truck!”
My rating for Twisted Metal is 5 stars, but for the world supply chain, I give less than 0 stars.

I highly recommend this wonderful family business! I had a fairly "simple" tailgate replacement for my CRV through insurance and had a pretty tight timeline to get the work completed. Kurt and Benthe far exceeded my expectations and were able to source the parts quickly, paint and complete the repair well in advance of when I needed it done by. I was also kept informed along the way so wasn't left wondering if/when it would be completed. The tailgate is perfect and Kurt really does take pride in his work, going above and beyond with a couple of little extra details. I'm very happy with the experience and highly recommend Twisted Metal.

This has been the best auto body shop that I’ve dealt with! They care for their customers and do an overall great job. I’ve had them go through and fix things on my vehicles that passed body shops were supposed to fix and never did. I’m overall very happy with their customer service and my car is finally looking brand new again.
