Matt is simply the best at what he does! Prompt replies if there's ever any issues, keeps his word, gives the best deals and is just a real, genuine soul in the industry for many, many years!!! He shipped my enail (TwoHoot e-nail) to Ontario and was just amazing with helping me troubleshoot it and eventually we realized it was my wall outlet that was cooked - the e-nail was perfect!

I highly recommend the TwoHoot e-nail if you're into dabs. Fantastic product, Canadian made, and eliminated the need for butane along with that consistent digital heat control which is easy to use. Comes with a universal titanium nail and all the good stuff that you just plug and play with no issues!

The customer service at this store was absolutely top-notch! The friendly guy who worked there was able to help me find exactly what I needed, even though I didn’t have a clue what I was looking for. I first learned about this place years ago when I bought the hbomb 2.0 off a local retailer in Calgary, which lasted me 4 or 5 years. I then physically went in there this year, and the owner was really honest and knowledgeable. He hooked me up with the Jedi, which I have no complaints about. There is more available in the store than there is online, I'd recommended visiting

The best shop to buy any of you smoking needs. Not only will you find what you're looking for but you also get a quality backed product.
I've made a few purchases here, I will admit I bought one product that had an issue twice, upon the second Matt got me fixed up with an entire new set up for obvious product fault.

If you want to spend less money elsewhere and walk out the door of a cheaper shop, best believe you're on your own. If you put your dollars into Two hoots you'll know that what you're buying is quality and will resolve the product issue because he wants happy customers.

Two Hoots on Main is the best place to get your pipes or your bongs. The owner is really nice and has great customer service. Everytime I go in there it's great cause he actually knows what his product is when it comes to pipes, bongs, rollers, shatter rigs, and pens. I don't know how many times I've gone to other shops and they don't even know what a pipe is. I highly recommend Two Hoots on Main for all your smoking merchandise.
