So what does one say when a company goes out of its way to help your child live a better life? it is truly very difficult to find words that are potent enough.

Our gratitude cannot be measured for Underfoot Flooring, due to the immense help in creating a roll in shower for our special-needs son.

As one can possibly imagine, creating some that specialized (when it comes to functionality) is not the easiest thing to do. It often requires many phone calls, emails, visits to the showroom… To make sure that, the choices made are the best they can be. And this is where Polo and Samantha at Underfoot Flooring couldn’t have shined brighter!

Their level of concern and commitment to our bathroom renovation for our son was second to none! They showed compassion, kindness and true dedication to our family from the beginning of the project to the final day. And we simply cannot thank them enough…

Secondly, I want to touch on the fact that their showroom is unbelievable! I was so shocked that is small town business would have the amount of selection that they had for us to choose from! I so thought I was going to have to order from a bigger centre to get the quality of tile that I was looking for, but I could’ve picked hundreds of options from Underfoot flooring! Their selection is second to none and has a Tile (or ten!) to suit every taste!

I have to say that the tile we chose is absolutely breathtaking and we get comments and compliments on it daily! In fact, we’ve promoted our bathroom on our son’s social media often and everyone’s comments around the tile is exemplary! People just love the bathroom and we couldn’t be more proud to have such a beautiful room in our home that is not only functional but lovely.

Thank you so much again to Polo and Samantha for their hard work and devotion to our project And allowing us to keep our son safe (and with privacy/dignity) as he ages - in his everyday bathing care.

It’s a family organization, and they do treat like family. I’m definitely like to support my local business. Omg they been so patient with me must of tried 20 different area rags before I found the right one. Anything from painting, drapes, flooring, tile Alberto’s has it all. I give them 5 stars.

Polo visited my place, took measurements, was extremely polite and friendly and got the job done two days before schedule! The installers were great and did an excellent job…kudos to all.
