10/10 service and a great experience! Would definitely recommend and use them again in the future! They have a courtesy shuttle to drop you off back at home while you wait. The new windshield looks amazing! They even remounted my transponders for me too!

I had my windshield replaced by UniglassPlus - Amherstburg yesterday and I couldn't be happier with the experience!!!!!!!! The work was absolutely pristine — everything was done perfectly. The customer service was exceptional; Tim was quick, attentive, and made me feel truly seen and heard. The turnaround time was great!!!!!!!! Got my car tinted all the way around. Tim was very professional and gave excellent advice on the percentages of tinting to ensure the job was done according to the Ontario law.

The job was done effectively in one day by one of his workers within 3-4 hours and there were no bubbles whatsoever. I’ve had bad experiences at other locations in the past with previous vehicles with bubbling issues which looked so messy. And of course once you go through with tinting, it can be time-consuming to reverse it. So I really put my faith and trust in Uniglass this time around based off of its reviews. No regrets.

All around, Tim was very respectful, and his prices are extremely reasonable and fair.

I highly recommend this location.

Windshield repair looks great. However, the reason you go to Uniglass Plus is for the customer service. Tim is exceptional! He wants the best for his customers and delivers.
