The service is very good. I'm on cable 300 and very satisfied with the speed. Recently was it the office for a information update and Sam offered me a lower monthly fee so of course I accepted. Thanks Sam for always being polite and cheerful as well as being the best sales rep the company has.

From inquiry to install - I have been so pleased with Uplink! The internet is fast and I have never had issues, and Uplink hands down has the BEST customer service I have ever dealt with. I have been in email correspondence with Sam to help me a) figure out what would work best for my home and b) set up a date for a technician to install and the process has been so seamless. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I just switched to Uplink, and so far we have nothing but good things to say! Philip came out and helped us re-route our service to the basement and he was great to deal with. So far it's been an excellent experience dealing with the people, very reliable service, and we 100% recommend!

Had a uplink technician in our trailer park this weekend . He took someting that didn't belong to him. He also was speeding through the campground when he was confronted about it. Not professional .
He was rude.

Great experience! Customer service was amazing! Was actually able to get ahold of someone that works and lives in my own community. Also love the fact they have an office in Aylmer that I can walk into and talk to a sales rep or make changes to my services.

Very unreliable service unfortunately. The internet is down often. When it actually works, it seems to do the job. However, that’s when it works. Living in a rural area doesn’t leave many options, initially the service seemed decent, and we were hopefully. It varies from dropping out for 15 minutes to hours. We realize all technology has issues, but this does seem excessive.
