I unfortunately have had nothing but problems with my garage door installation. It was installed misaligned, which they did rectify, but there are scratches on my door that I have been waiting for a fix on since last August. They have been extremely unhelpful.

Had a torsion spring break on the weekend. Left a brief email in their website outlining the problem. They called back first thing Monday morning and the technicians were there Monday afternoon to repair it.
Great customer service and professional installation of new spring.

We had Upper Level Doors (Belleville) install a door for us earlier this summer. Overall, we had a great experience. I built some door options via the Garaga website and the Upper Level front office helped me refine the details and provided a number of quotes on the different options. The install team was great. They were in and out in a day, took the old door away, and everything has been working fine since. Thanks!

This organization is fraudulent; they charged me an exorbitant fee for nothing. You likely know better than their engineers, who give generic answers and send a huge amount in the invoice. I gave them a star because it can't get lower. Try another organization, or better yet, do it yourself.

I had a long comment typed but deleted it because it was not worth it. You have shown what kind of business you run.

In conclusion, your customer care representative offered me a discount, which I declined because your organization is deceitful, and I can never hire it again, even if it is free. Remember the saying: Fool me once...

I called in the morning as a large spring broke making it unable to use my door. They arrived and had the door fixed replacing both springs by 2:30 pm. Totally impressed with the service price and workmanship. Cheers

I thought that I needed a new remote to open my garage door, because I’d tried changing the battery & found that it still didn’t work.

I visited Upper Doors in Belleville & the people that I spoke to were so nice. I HAVE to say that the resident dog was beautiful & sweet - I was politely told that I could not take him home 😢

But I digress…..the gentleman that I spoke with tested the battery & then explained how to reprogram the remote. He gave me step by step instructions & explained that the remotes were almost indestructible. And he was right! I followed his instructions & the remote now works perfectly. The best part (aside from the dog) was that I wasn’t charged a dime. I LOVE honest business people!!
