Honestly, the customer service there is far superior to other places. I love how they orchestrate birthday parties, it's not chaos and I particularly love that they announce when it's time to go back to the party room. They literally help throughout the process, which makes it easier and stress free.
Highly recommend over other local places!!!

Went to Urban Air with my kids (6 and 4) and my friend and her kids (3 and 6). Unfortunately our super fun day ended with a sprained ankle. The staff was AMAZING! Helping us with ice packs and keeping the kids entertained while we dealt with everything we needed to deal with. It was a comfort knowing the kids were in great hands. The big boss came to check in on us. All of the staff was super amazing and helpful I am so thankful for them! We will definitely be returning.

If the slides are for the little kids why doesn't anyone tell the big kids that? They literally had the rest of the park, I went with a friend and her older kids, I brought my toddler with me because I was told it would be safe..... it was NOT. She had no place to play, so I tried letting her walk in a quiet space near the lockers..... a child fully ran her over before I could even react.

I do not recommend taking your kids here if they can't keep up with the big kids, or if they have younger siblings who also want to play, as they could be seriously injured and staff don't even notice or do anything.

I ended up having to call my fiance at work to come pick us up because I was so stressed out.

We're going to try again at a quieter time but my expectations are low.

Kids had so much fun! Something very different, and so many different activities in one place. Kids would spend hours and hours there. Staff was very helpful and super friendly.
I would have like to see an area for small kids (maybe 4 and under). There was an area but big kids were playing there, so not sure if it was for small kids only.
