Stay away from this place of business! Very unprofessional service, I had to come back here 3 times to get my window tint repaired, he avoided me, for a week before I called and made an appointment, I come to my appointment on time, for tint repair, tells me he’s behind and I’ll have to wait for 1.5 hrs before he can get to my vehicle. Never again! Stay away from this place. A big inconvenience, pay for what you get is right!

Hands down the absolute best place to get a windshield replaced. People there are knowledgeable, positive and customer oriented. Prices? Give them a call and find out. If I could rate them higher, I would.

Absolutely awful tint job. So bad i got them to remove it right away. Bubbles all over the place, not a single cut was straight and one cut was so bad it was overlapping the window and onto the trim. Left without tint.

I recently got my windows tinted at Viper Auto, and it was by far the worst experience I've had. I initially chose them because I heard they offer affordable prices, but the quality of work was disappointing. The job was not neat, and it was clear that it was done unprofessionally.

While I was at the location, I specifically asked if the work would be bubble-free. They assured me it would be, but that was not the case. When I returned to address the issue, I noticed that every vehicle they had worked on had bubbles in the tint. Although they charge less than other places, the quality you get is far below what you should expect.

To make matters worse, when I tried to follow up to get the bubbles fixed, the owner was unwilling to address the problem. He kept making me visit the shop repeatedly, only to tell me each time that he was too busy with other vehicles.

I strongly advise against going to Viper Auto for window tinting. You might save a few bucks, but the poor quality and lack of customer service aren't worth it.

Great experience with Bob and Viper auto . I had to change the windshield for my 1999 Toyota Tercel . I dropped in one day and gave the order and in a day they recieved it from Montreal. Everyone else gave me a week and Viper did this for me in hour and half while I waited there in their office space. I had to change wiper blades as well and I had bought it and left it in my car . They fixed it for me without even asking for it. Bob was courteous and professional. I would recommend anyone in my circle to get their windshield done there. Affordable and quick . Thank you so much !

My smaller car had a nice crack in the windshield. I decided to change to a 1 star since my windshield has a huge gap since he didnt put a seal on it. My SUV and every other car has a seal. Not sure if it makes a huge difference. Just called and apperently the car brand doesn't have these moldings so ill be putting one myself. Its bull cause it had one before.
