Haven't even lived here a year. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND that you don't buy or rent a unit here, due to the fact that, the building has Mice, Cockroaches, and BEDBUGS. Not a suitable place for familys. From what I've noticed in the laundry room the building is infested with something. I wish I read reviews of the building before moving in. Dont make the same mistake

Lived in a YCC 456 condos managed by this company for 7 years. Horrible management, and terrible security. They have no concept of what it means to take care of tenants, and no understanding of what to do in a bad situation. They always respond with 'call the police' in scenarios which the police can do nothing for as they are on private property. Ridiculous mindset, unhelpful staff, and genuinely STRONG RECOMMENDATION to not purchase a condo here. It is not a suitable environment to live in especially if you have children that are just beginning to grow up. Big regrets.

All the bad reviews you have read about this building is correct the building is infested with spiders cockroaches ants and bed bugs the management is horrible because they don't have a management company it's all elderly homeowners who do not know anything about running a condo at all the staff is ignorant and the management and board of directors treat their employees HORRIBLE they can even keep superintendents in they building because they treat them HORRIBLE
