I had a disappointing visit to Volare, where I expected quick repairs for my exhaust donut and muffler. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I had already been to a different garage before going to Volare to know what the issues were, but they didn’t have time to fix them. That’s why I already knew about the exhaust donut and muffler, and relayed this information to the receptionist before booking an appointment. I was told by the receptionist on the phone and in person that the repairs would be done later the same day or the next day, which was important because I wasn’t going to be in town beyond that time. I had the appointment at 1pm and I waited 3 hours for a phone call because they said they would call, but they never did. I showed up to know what was happening and they just told me what I had already informed them and charged me $171 just for looking at it and giving me redundant information. Furthermore, they later informed me that the repairs would be delayed until next week. This resulted in a waste of both time and money. I think Volare should be honest or at least not give false hope, just to make money off people just for inspecting our vehicles, knowing that we won’t be in town anymore. They should improve their communication and avoid repetitive diagnoses. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.

Excellent service from the front desk back to the shop! I went in with an issue with my car and Mike (? Owners name?) was able to scan for the issue, give me the cost AND get it in to be fixed that day! Top notch service and this local will be back should I have car issues in the future. If you’re ever in Oliver for a track day at Area 27 and run into issues this is the guy to check!

Ran into some mechanical issues on my drive up to Oliver for a track day at Area 27. I was recommended to check Mitch at Volare Auto. Called Mitch around 3:30pm and explain my situation and he was kind enough to take me in at a moments notice. I didn’t bring a jack or any tools (lesson learned) so I was pretty screwed had he not.

I cannot express how appreciative and thankful I was to squeeze my car in at a moments notice to take a look. The issue was pretty minor thankfully (factory hose clamp popped off a charge pipe). Mitch replaced the crappy oem clamp with a better Tbolt and had me back up and running in no time.

He a track guy as well so should you have any further needs beyond mechanical hiccups like track tires or an alignment he’s a great resource in Oliver.
